Guns Germs and Steel- Day 1

Today in western civ class we started watching a video called Guns Germs and steel. Jarod Diamond goes to a isolated island called panigue. the people on this island hunt and gather all the time, they use tools that are hand-made. the woman gather the food from a tree that is called sego, this tree produces a food that is not very nutritious, but will keep them alive. they all have a specific job to do on the island.
