Review
Today in western civ we reviewed for our test this Friday. we learned about Hammurabi's code. Hammurabi's code are the first set of laws that were made. these laws were very unfair and were poorly treated against women in that time period. some of the crazy consequences was being drowned or getting an eye taking out.

Study Day
Today in Western Civ, Mr. Schick was not there, so we had a substitute. Therefor we had time to ourselves to study for our test this Friday the 30th. Our test will be covered on the power point we did in class, and that is about prehistory to civilization. This unit is very interesting.

First day!
Today was the first day of the new semester, which means we started western civilization. Today we talked about how to use the bog and the rules and procedures for Mr. Schick's class. We talked about how when we are going to be taking notes as a class when there is a power point, we all need to use a composition book to write down the information. Mr. Schick wants us to do this so that we are not distracted by our computers when we are supposed to be learning. Blogs are due every time we have class that night at 12 midnight, but Fridays they are due no later than midnight Saturday. Overall I think this is going to be a good last semester.
